Information We Collect
Information You Provide
Game Wall does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to use the app. All data you enter — including your video game collection, titles, platforms, conditions, and notes — is stored locally on your device only.
Automatically Collected Information (Advertising)
Game Wall displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may automatically collect certain information to serve personalized or non-personalized ads, including:
- Device identifiers (e.g., Android Advertising ID)
- Device type, operating system version, and language settings
- IP address and approximate location (country/region level)
- App usage data and interaction with ads
How We Use Information
- Your collection data is used solely to provide app functionality and is never transmitted off your device by WFCodes.
- Ad-related data collected by Google AdMob is used by Google to serve advertisements within the app. WFCodes does not use this data for any other purpose.
- We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties, except as described in this policy.
In-App Purchases
Game Wall offers a one-time "Remove Ads" in-app purchase. This transaction is processed entirely through the Google Play Store. WFCodes does not collect, store, or have access to your payment information. Please refer to Google Play's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for details on how purchase data is handled.
After purchasing "Remove Ads," Google AdMob will no longer serve advertisements in the app and no advertising data will be collected through Game Wall on your device.
Third-Party Services
Game Wall integrates the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy governing its data practices:
- Google AdMob — Advertising
- Google Play Billing — In-app purchases
- IGDB by Twitch — Game metadata lookup
- PriceCharting — Game market values
WFCodes is not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.
Data Storage & Security
All collection data you enter into Game Wall is stored locally on your device using Android's local storage mechanisms. This data is not backed up to any WFCodes server, cloud service, or remote database.
Because your data lives on your device, it may be lost if you uninstall the app, perform a factory reset, or change devices without a manual backup. WFCodes is not liable for any loss of locally stored data.
We implement reasonable technical measures appropriate for a locally-stored application; however, no method of storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.
Children's Privacy
Game Wall is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us below and we will take steps to remove such information.
Your Choices
Advertising ID
You can reset or opt out of personalized advertising at any time through your Android device settings: Settings → Google → Ads → Reset Advertising ID or Opt out of Ads Personalization.
Removing Your Data
Since all app data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time by uninstalling Game Wall. This will permanently remove all collection data stored by the app.
Changes to This Policy
WFCodes may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of Game Wall after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
Significant changes will be communicated through an in-app notice or via the Google Play Store listing update notes where reasonably practicable.
